Communication is the key to everything you do in life.

Dark Light

Change your words, Change your life! People will remember you just from the way you have communicated with them. And The Almighty God says: “And you shall speak to men good words.” – (Quran 2:83).

In today’s world and environment in which people have many strong opinions about everything, there is an opportunity where emotions pitched into a whirlwind of unhealthy discussions. There is a beautiful saying of Imam Ali (PBUH): “Once whose speech is polite, loving him becomes unavoidable” (1).

Speak with wisdom & refrain from words that result in social & spiritual decline because a person’s words symbolize his personality & status.

Imam Ali (PBUH) says: “When a believer intends to say something, he thinks it over in his mind. If it is good, he discloses it, but if it is bad, he lets it remain concealed” (2). Therefore, if a man speaks without thinking & does not consider his words, he reveals the inner essence of himself.

Imam Ali (PBUH) says: “Speak so that, you may be known since man is hidden under his tongue” (3). Elsewhere, Imam Ali (PBUH) enumerates the ill effects of vain speech and the lack of thought regarding the fruits of the words of the hypocrites: “The hypocrite speaks whatever comes to his tongue, without knowing what is in his favor and what goes against him” (4).

If you want to change society, improve your speech. A person should speak correctly and with deliberation (thought) to win the confidence of others and attain a high & prominent reputation in society as a result of telling the truth.

Any Famous speaker in the world is known for his words. The right words spoken in the right way can bring love, money, & respect, while the wrong words can lead to conflict or failure. Hence choosing good words & Communicating effectively is the Golden key.

Imam Ali (PBUH) said:

“Safeguard your tongue just as you treasure your Gold & Money. One whose speech is good (Pleasant) success is in front of him, and nothing attracts the heart of a human being more than a Sweet & Eloquent Tongue” (5).

I want to express my thoughts, reveal some simplistic research on various issues and subjects, and share quotes and analyses of famous leaders, intellectuals, and scholars. And shape the articles with reasoning and solutions to benefit and resonate like a guide to the human race. I request God’s absolution and your pardoning in any weakness that my words might have.
